Personal Experience
Mrs. Kharazmi has been practicing since 1998. She brings experience in both the applicant and defense sectors worker’s compensation, resulting in ability to negotiate or litigate cases for our clients for maximum results.
She started her extensive career as an in-house attorney for an insurance carrier where she managed and litigated one of the largest caseloads of her team. With this background, she switched to representing Applicants, allowing her the unique ability to understand perspectives from both sides of the field.
Aside from workers’ compensation, she brings a financial background having earned an MBA with an emphasis in Finance. This allows her to help client navigate the financial considerations with the case resolution.
Mrs. Kharazmi understands the needs of the Applicant and approaches each case with a compassionate awareness of the injured workers’ needs coupled with an aggressive representation of their rights.
